The young guy that made our sandwiches was amazing! He was so polite, vibrant and really engaging! Very great service!

I have never been to a drive-thru Subway before, but luckily I am boring and get the same exact thing every time, which made... this new experience go smoothly. It took a confusingly long second to get communication started but from there it was a breeze. Read more

I come here for the customer/ employee experience as well as great food. No longer a bore standing in line. If ever. The... Sandwich maker Chris vast in history, and yet speedy at sandwhich making. He can make 4 sandwiches at once, and keeps a greatinteraction with each customer. He enjoys his work and it shows. Hold on to this one Read more

I came to this spot when it was a family ran sandwich and ice cream place. Was disappointed years ago when it turned into a... Subway. I ate at the subway a bunch through the years due to price ($5 foot long) and convenience. Now I don?t go there anymore. Even before covid happened the place was going down hill, now it?s even worse. The franchise needs to close and it needsto go back to a locally ran/operated sandwich spot. Read more

This location has limited items (no tomatoes, pepperoni, banana peppers, and many other ingredients). More than this, the... existing ingredients looked old/stale and the folks here were incredibly inefficient. Multiple people including all but one ofour party turned around and left. We heard one patron say ?good luck? to another as they were walking in. No amount of luckwould rescue this subway which is unfortunate because it used to be our go to pick up for sandwiches on the way to hiking. Avoidfood poisoning, go somewhere else. Read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. My last experience was the worst experience I?ve had with any restaurant. I waited an hour... to get my food, the staff didn?t even acknowledge anyone standing up front waiting on there online order. The app said it wasbeing prepared then ready 10 minutes later, they didn?t even grab the receipt to make the order until 30 minutes later. It wasonly 2 sandwiches so it wasn?t anything crazy. On top of that, I get home and there was only meat on about 2/3 of the sandwich.I?ve been here in the past and this was just ridiculous. I definitely will not be going here anymore. Also, I messaged the storeabout the issue along with a picture and got one response basically saying they didn?t care, nothing after that. Read more

I haven't been to Subway in years. I stopped in here as it was the last place to grab food before going camping for the night.... The person making my sandwich was as non-responsive as can be without actually being in a coma. I believe they were the shiftsupervisor. The lady in line in front of me left out of frustration when told in a monotone voice, "We're out of turkey." Noapology, no offer of something else. I got the same monotone statement when I asked for provolone. Odd that a Subway would runout of both turkey and provolone, but maybe it's supply chain ssues? Either way, it doesn't excuse the poor customer service. And when I said thank you for making my sandwich, the worker just stared at me. Yeesh. At least the newer employee at theregister was friendly. By far the worst experience in customer service I?ve ever had. My gluten allergy was a joke to them, they messed up my fiancés... sandwich so bad that he instantly threw it away. My sandwich is below. He didn?t heat up the bacon I asked to and then looked upannoyed after he just threw bacon on waiting for me to say the next thing but wouldn?t talk to me. He rang us up, didn?t ask ifwe even wanted meals, he didn?t even say the price to me. I just was stared at and he couldn?t hurry up fast enough to get onhis phone. He was in sweats and a tshirt and definitely didn?t wash his hands. The bathroom had paper towels and toilet papereverywhere. I don?t think I?ll ever go back to a subway franchise again if that?s how there employees are able to work it. Read more
