Very good travel center. Got a rewards card and used it like 3 times and it does save you money. Very close to my property so... will be stopping by alot.. Gas prices are reasonable Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a little deli style food,,andit was awesome,,great tasting and reasonable priced.. Fyi, need more diet Pepsi Read more
This is the best of any Flying J/Pilot Travel Center my hubby and I have ever stayed! Truck driving life is difficult enough... without horrible employees. The showers were the cleanest, food was freshest, and the customer service was top notch frommanagement (Brandy), to the gentleman that worried over our shower experience! Even these words do little justice to howwelcoming the whole staff was to us! In today?s uncertain world, it?s nice to find that shining example of what used to holdprecedence in simple merchant to patron interaction. Thank you Manager Brandy and your crew on 3/20/2022.???? This is the real pandemic here. A huge problem all over the United States with both Flying J and Pilot. There are always... multiple fuel islands down for one reason or another. Always drivers clogging up fuel islands by taking 30 min dot breaks. Yes,if we had the opportunity to spend our fuel dollars elsewhere we would. But the company we contract with only allows us to fuelat Pilot / Flying J. The Pilot Flying J family really needs to do a better job maintaining their fuel islands. It wastes a lotof valuable to being stuck at one of two working pumps because of lack of urgency in maintenance. Read more
Clean facilities (both the bathrooms and the showers), very friendly staff, and the food at the dining area (PJ Fresh... Marketplace) was great! Personally, I think some of the older Pilot Travel Centers that are starting to look a little run downshould get a face lift to be like this place! Nobody mentioned the train that screeches by and blasts the horn every hour or so!!! I parked on a perfectly cool night where I... didn't idle my truck and had the windows open with the screens in.... ???? Kind of a noticable thing here reviewers.... Thetrain tracks run north-south along the eastern edge of the parking lot if that helps anybody. I guess most of these reviews arewritten by people who just stopped in for cigarettes or candy & don't have to actually spend any time here. I went in to grab abag of Indiana popcorn and they were dated Oct 2018.. (I am writing this review on 04/20/19) I told a woman who was cleaning thehot dog grill wearing a pilot t-shirt, with a pilot name tag, and she told me to tell somebody else. So if you are reading thisreview in August of 2020 those pop corn bags are probably still there... LMAO Read more
Low priced fuel, but the slowest ever truck fuel pumps. WE AIN?T GOT TIME FOR THIS! You need to update these pumps! ????
