After ordering some food thru the drive thru when I get to the window I decided to use my redeemable points. Ricardo informs me... that I would have to get back in line to use my redeemable points for a fountain drink. When I park my car to go inside andretrieve my drink. Mr. Ricardo says "here goes your free drink." Which offend me. My drink wasn't free, I paid for food thatgives me points to get more food. I don't understand why Ricardo is so upset and gave me a hard time when the Burger King app isthe for us to use. I don't need unnecessary drama when I'm just tryna eat. Read more

Horrible service. Female cashier only cared about her son getting a job. I have never felt that my money was no good. Totally... discrimination. By the way. Yo hallo Español. Senora tu necessito ayuda. Customers primero. Su hijo no necessito trabajocontigo. Get a grip. Male managers had to do your job for you. Time to learn respect .BTW the $9 whopper was cold and yourbathrooms need to be cleaned. Focus on your job not your kids during work hours. If not go home. Read more

Food was good but service was horrible. We were missing something in our drive thru order and the "Manager" said in a very... rude tone that he couldn't help us and we had to go get in line in the drive thru again. Read more

Don't eat here. Just don't. Unforseen circumstances had me needing a quick dinner for my family so we made the horrible decision... to get food here. The guy taking my ordered seemed like it was the last place he wanted to be. Ok, working at a fast food jointmight not be that great. I ordered one meal large and was given small. I mentioned it and the guy looked at his screen and said,"Oh. I didn't hear you." I'd already paid so I let it go. The food was awful. We don't eat at Burger King often, but this wasn'tfirst time - the quality was really bad. Burned burgers, slapped together messy sandwiches, etc. Still, not the worst part. Theworst part; we now have food poisoning. All I ate yesterday was dinner so it was 100% Burger King that made us sick. It's been24 hours and we are still suffering the consequences of our bad decisions. Feels like I've got knives or raucous, vile gas in mystomach. I go from freezing, to hot, chills, hot & cold at the same time. Save yourselves and avoid this place. Read more

I made a mobile order and left my house about 20 minutes after that (app said about 5-7 minutes). I pull up to the drive thru... menu order and mentioned I was picking up a mobile order. The guy seemed a bit confused...and had me sitting there for a coupleminutes, even after I asked if they had found my order request. He came back on and asked if he could help me. I mentioned tohim I had a mobile order, he told me to pull forward. By the time I got to the window another 10 minutes had went by and myorder was still not made, I heard them asking for my items to the cook. They handed me my bags and I asked if everything wasthere and they said yes. I pulled away and parked. My son and I checked the order, and of course an item was missing. I had toget back in line (restaurant lobby was closed the whole time). This was not the first time that I had ordered ahead of time andmy order had not even been pulled up (1st time was at a different store). When I went home, I realized the fries were old. Totally remodeled inside and out. I will get indoor photos next time. Food is good; the breakfast croissantwich with ham is... delicious. Read more
