Unfortunately, I am going to have to give this specific Domino's location a 1 star review. First of all, I would like to... clarify that the online ordering experience wasn't bad at all. It was after the order was placed is what I had an issue with. So I placed my order 21 mins before (11:39 pm) closing time (Midnight) and I received a successful confirmation that my orderhad been placed along with an order number. The app even told me that an employee by the name of Jesus was starting to prep myorder at the time it was placed, so I screenshot my confirmation to my husband telling him the order will be ready within 10-20mins. NOTE: Before I placed the order I'd received a notice thru the app notifying me that even though the lobby maytechnically be my "closed" the order would still be available to pick up. We'll, what do think happened when my husband showsup to pay&pick up the order? You guessed it!!! They would not allow him to enter the premises to pick up. Luckily I hadn'tpre-paid for the order, but I did end up using some of my rewards points to redeem a free pizza so I'll keep everyone updated onme getting my points back. Read more

Never had too much of an issue with this location before - a couple of times they were out of a topping and left it out w/o... notifying me, but I got that sorted. Tonight, however, I'm completely grossed out as I just received a pizza with at least onestrand of hair baked into the cheese. Makes me gag, and I've totally lost my appetite. Already reported to the healthdepartment. Stay far away. Read more
