Very rude staff. The behaviour of cashier and shift manager was worst. They made us wait for more than 1 hour for our meals... although there were less than 10 people dining in the restaurant. Pathetic experience ????????. The staff even didn?t know howto talk to customers. They were prioritising drive-thru customers over dining customers. I?ll never be at this restaurant everagain. Ordered double avocado salad. The dressing that comes with it was super water downed, chicken was literally hard from reheating... again. And NO AVOCADO! Ridiculous ? not worth the 10$. Go to a different one .if I could give it a 0 stars I would. Read more
Rude drive thru person tried to upsale my kids meal to a thigh and breast because no legs. Get to window, grill full of of... perfectly cooked legs ????guy at window making several meals that included legs. Plus the double chicken bowl i got instead waspathetic!! Once again I did not receive a receipt, I like to put reviews on the actual El Pollo Loco app. I ordered the double loaded... chicken nachos. Looks like a hot mess and lacking ingredients such as beans and cheese . I noticed a bit more than usual chickenbut nothing to rave about being ?double loaded? . We came with coupons buy one get one free and $5.00 off your order. Used both had two piece and tostado salad plus chicken... nachos with drink. This was our first time at this location. It has more seating options than one closure to our house and isnewer. Read more
Went here to get lunch, the order took a long time as there was no one waiting for orders. The food, at least the broccoli is... old as if they took out the old broccoli and served with mold barely starting to grow on it. After all the visits thisrestaurant seems to act as they don?t care for the health risks of costumers that consume the foods. Read more
