This is the closest location to me and I regret eating here this las time. The chicken was super dry and hard, I had never had... pollo this bad from pollo loca. Pollo loco isn't what it used to be. The tostada was broken a part of it missing. They didn'thave any dressing we had to wait for then to make some. We went thru the drive thru and noticed employees just standing aroundwhile just 1 other did all the work. It's took us 25 min just to get our food. I won't be coming back to this location. Read more

Wish i could give this place a negative 1. Not only were we waiting on the girl to ask her manager simple questions while... slamming the window in our faces each time, but we were given our food with nothing but guacamole sauce, no napkins, spoonsforks etc. We pulled out of the drive thru and had to go in to be sure we got what we needed.
