This is the closest location to me and I regret eating here this las time. The chicken was super dry and hard, I had never had... pollo this bad from pollo loca. Pollo loco isn't what it used to be. The tostada was broken a part of it missing. They didn'thave any dressing we had to wait for then to make some. We went thru the drive thru and noticed employees just standing aroundwhile just 1 other did all the work. It's took us 25 min just to get our food. I won't be coming back to this location. Read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Salad before work and when I was finally able to eat, I... realized that my salad was very small, and did not even have any avocado in it which is one of the main ingredients. When Iattempted to call and get the mistake corrected, no one answered. I can not leave work to get this issue fixed, so I amirritated as hell. Went through the drive through and ordered the Double Chicken Tostada with a large Root Beer with light ice and an exter... container of the Cilantro sauce which costs extra. I pay, get my food, and drive away. Get back to work to find I was given theregular Chicken Tostada, the Root beer was half ice, and they gave me a tiny container of the green salsa that wasn't even halffull instead of the Cilantro sauce. I looked at the recipe and they charged me for everything I ordered, but it was moreexpensive than what the drive through sign said it was, and they didn't give me what I ordered. Wish i could give this place a negative 1. Not only were we waiting on the girl to ask her manager simple questions while... slamming the window in our faces each time, but we were given our food with nothing but guacamole sauce, no napkins, spoonsforks etc. We pulled out of the drive thru and had to go in to be sure we got what we needed. Overall very unhappy with myvisit. It?s not that hard to please a customer to go on with your day. Hope the girl won?t make this mistake again. Read more
