The only redeeming quality this location has is its drive-thru; however, as others have mentioned and I've just discovered, they... can close it when they want without putting notice. In the words of the staff, "they aren't allowed to put a sign out". In theamount of time they take wasting customers time and they having to explain the policy to every customer who drives through theycould have just taken the order. Highly recommended spend a few more dollars down the street to avoid the hassle and get afresher, better tasting pizza. Read more

As others others have said , when the drive thru isn?t open they don?t take the initiative to block it off with a cone , they... don?t even let customers who are waiting know, when you order via phone or online they never get the orders correct , some timesalways missing or they just plain give you some one else?s order, very very unprofessional, they need to hire some responsibleadults here. I ordered a pepperoni and sausage pizza from the app and came to this location and unfortunately got a ham and pepperoni pizza... but I came back and asked the cashier who I unfortunately didn?t get the name of that the order was wrong in a polite and nonrude tone. The cashier who I assume was a younger lady around her very early twenties proceeded to smirk and roll her eyes rightin front of me as she took my pizza and headed to the back which was pretty rude considering I was very polite to her and showedno frustration or anger towards the young lady. When I finally got the pizza that I actually should?ve had since the beginningit was lukewarm at best and has definitely been sitting in the back for some time which was a bummer including the subpartopping on my pizza considering I payed almost $9 for it. I definitely didn?t mind it to much to be honest and would definitelygo back there for a pepperoni every once in a while but would like for the staff including the cashiers to be more professionaland less naive or having conversations while serving customers also at times not even having someone at the front when I want toorder is at times irritating and for other around me. Just got home with my pizza. Hopefully the owner can track the time and day on Friday August 31 2019 about. 8pm. Employees are... giving really bad service. 1st pizza looks like they put pepperoni mostly on one side. Second pizza they did not slice thepizza. Past Expierence have been good. Read more
