It seems like no one is in charge on keeping their lobby clean.. trash everywhere, tables dirty, restrooms dirty.. they need to... step up their game. Also they never have ice cream.. whats up with their always broken machine???? Read more
This store manager should be fired, very inconsistent schedule. They keep closing the dining room before the actual posted... closing time, making the drive thru line a mile long. All other McDonald?s in the area doesn?t do this. This is the onlyexception of the worst one. Manager told the employees to lie to customers who wanted to come in. Read more
This place needs to hire young adults that take the job serious and give good service. There's always something wrong with my... order . I've been trying to call since September 20th to speak with a manager I've let to many issues go but when I spend over$40 for dinner and my food isn't good and I don't get what I ordered some one needs to correct it.. I ordered 4 sausage McMuffins and instead of a sausage they put ham. What kind of bs is this! Tasted gross ????
By far the worst experience I?ve ever had at a McDonald?s, first of all it took forever in the drive thru I was in line for 45... minutes which is unacceptable for a fast food place! The worst part was this dumb lady at the window held everyone up for almost20 minutes and was standing outside of her car at the drive thru! On top of that the employees did absolutely nothing about itand let her stand outside and held everyone up when they should?ve had her pull to the side so the other customers includingmyself can be helped. When I did finally get my food it was stone cold from just sitting there and they didn?t even bothergiving me fresh food. Very unprofessional of these employees at this location! I got a double quart pounder and it came with the meat wax paper still attached and cooked on to the burger. Made me sick.

Asking for a plain burger here, is tantamount to saying nothing at all. Twice they confused plain with everything, and they... forgot my fries. So I gave up and went to a different Mc Donalds. Don't waste your time, or money here. Read more
