I live down the street from here and almost every single time I go, I'm always dissatisfied whether it be an incorrect order or... speed of service. Just the last time I visited, I requested contactless curbside pickup ( I was sick and I had my 2 year old inthe car with me). Upon arrival I waited about 8 minutes after I tapped the 'I'm here' button, I gave them a call to let themknow...another 10 minutes go by and no one is coming out to my car. I call again to remind them I'm still waiting and they tryto have me go inside. ????? I ordered curbside pickup for a reason. After refusing to go inside, they finally came out with myorder about 5 minutes later. Why do I keep going back? I like pizza hut and it's right down the street from me. Read more
Ordered two extra large pizzas they were undercooked. Didnt refund my money either offered store credit instead.
Called in for delivery of large pizza that was going to cost $32. Was called back and told that if I wanted delivery it would be... 3 hours before it would be delivered. My alternative was to pick up at curbside and I could get my order in 20 minutes, so Igave the caller my card number and said I would curbside pickup. Someone texted my phone to say that my order was ready and andto respond with "1" when I had arrived, which I did. I waited 10 minutes before I realized no one was bringing my order out.Decided to go inside to pick up and found that no order had been taken. The young lady that I dealt with at the counter had totake my order again and while I did not have to pay again for my order I waited another 15 minutes. 0 stars, ordered a 1 pizza which they didn?t get right the first time, understandable mistakes happen but to get it wrong 2 more... times? Something has to be going on there, I was there for about an hour 27 mins, when they were remaking my pizza after gettingit wrong the first time this other guy walks in hands them a $100 bill and the cashier rudely asks ?what?s this? ?it looks sofake? turned out it was ofc real, after remaking my pizza over and over I decided I just wanted my money back and would getsomething else instead, I come out the place and manager Brinny, Rennee whatever her names is is calmly talking to her boyfriendor whatever it was like there?s nothing to do, I witness 3 wrongful orders or some kind of problem in that 1 hour alone, superhorrible place Read more
I ordered pizza for delivery Friday. Driver came with order and provided no receipt. Now today the transaction posted to my... account and a tip was added that I did not add or sign for. Have been calling the store and have received no help. Manager willnot speak with me. Next step is filing a police report for theft and fraud. This is horrible customer service.
