This will be the last time ordering from this location. People here are so rude. This is the third time they get my order wrong.... Today I ordered again and looked at my pizza and saw 10 pieces of pepperoni on a large pizza!! I told them about it and the guysaid that?s the limit they are allowed to use on a large pizza. I walk in to order my items and it was $127.39 cents. I gave her the correct amount. And they told me I'm sorry we don't take... money over 100.00 dollars. I don't understand I gave them the correct amount. Very bad policy. I was not asking for changeback. Read more
They need a system update. Their computer won't get online orders and makes customers wait extra 30 minutes after they've... already waited for their order. If you don't have what the customer order least pizza hut can do is call your customers back andlet them know their order won't be made rather than giving them a surprise 30 min later when they're ready to pick up theirfood. This Pizza Hut is horrible. Staff is unprofessional and always have an attitude. Pizza is undercooked, not cut properly, always... cold and never made correctly. If you call after to complain they never answer and if they do it?s with an attitude. Worst Pizza Hut ever. Employees are clueless and cannot get an order right. We ordered online and when we arrived, we were... told that our order would be ready in 5-10 minutes. 10 minutes later we were told the same thing. 10 minutes after that, wewere told that the cheesy bread sticks would take another 15 minutes. Ordered them for curbside pickup and no one shows up when we arrived and waiting in the car on front store, decided to pickup... them up in the store and no apology from them at all. Thank you pizza hut for your people great attitude. Read more
