Ordered a two piece meal and they only had chicken wings with very little meat ????.
Ordered the two piece combo, what a disappointment. The chicken was hard and dry, our dogs even had a hard time chewing it.... Personally I wouldn't go back here. The manager is unbelievably rude and has horrible customer service. My mom ordered sandwiches for her, myself and my daughter.... After we got our order and started eating, we noticed my 8 year old wasn't enjoying her meal and said the chicken was way toohot for her to eat. We found out they gave us a spicy combo by mistake. We called multiple times and no one answered the phone,so my mom had to drive all the way back and ask the manager to correct it. The manager acted like she was disgusted with my mom.Eventually she corrected it, and while handing the order back to my mom, she rudly told her to enjoy her food and the rest ofthe day. Wanted to try the Buffalo chicken sandwich before it was discontinued as I've had the regular chicken sandwich at other... locations. This Popeyes did it right, good piece of chicken selected and properly sauced. Staff was kind and quick to processmy order. Really bad customer service. I order the food and when I tried paying the employee told they were only taking cash. He turned... around and asked another female who was hiding from another customer ?did you told them we were only taking cash?. The femaleemployee lied and said she did. She never told us. Why lie? Really poor customer service. I just feel bad for the businessbecause we had to leave $35.21 worth of food. But the way we were not the only upset customer the manager was dealing with twomore inside. My son loves Popeyes but I don?t think it?s worthy the hassle. Read more
