Reviews for Rally's in Rialto, CA
I stopped by this location this morning after getting off the San Bernardino Train in Rialto a little after 10am when I arrived... it looked like it was never opened. I waited until 10:30 am and still no one had arrived. I later returned around 1pm and yetagain no one was there. Is this place actually opened or was there something that happened to cause the place to be closed? Iwas set on eating Rally's today since I was in the area, unfortunately I settled for Sonic's... Used to the door being locked. Pretty sure it shouldn't be but if the guys that work here don't want customers inside that's for... they boss or corporate to deal with. But today? Even the drive thru is dead. Ten minutes after 11 9/3/22. No one is inside. Thislocation has tried my patience for the last time. Read more
I understand they were probably closed inside to order since it was 9:15pm. But since we were in an RV we were going ask if we... can still order. Horribly slow service! The place does not even deserve one star. Definitely not even worth the wait. I was in line for a whole... 30 minutes and that was just to place an order and drive through. I guess Rally?s is not used to having a rush of customers allat once? At least the cashier was kind. I definitely will not return. Do better!! Read more
Wish I would've thought of taking a few photos of my order but the food was SO fresh and good. Wings made fresh to order and you... can tell, funnel cake fries were just something amazing. Everything we ordered was top quality and employee at the window was sohelpful and had the Best attitude. We'll be making the 16+ mile drive again with the kids next time. Read more
