This location really needs help. I mobile ordered 2 caramel Frappuccino along with other drinks. When I arrive, later than... estimated time of arrival, drinks aren?t ready and they?re out of whipped cream. They should have stated that on the app.I wouldnot have ordered from there. I wanted to treat my family to some tasty drinks, but instead I get drinks that don?t lookunappetizing. No whip and barely some caramel. We tried this location multiple times, but never have a good experience. I understand it gets busy or they are understaffed.... They never have whip cream and the work stations are dirty. Not to mention the long line in and outside the store. Read more
This is one of the newest Starbucks in my immediate area. Compared to Starbucks at Falcon Ridge (Summit /15 fwy), it's cleaner,... prettier, and has a lot more space. The outside eating area is pretty comfortable as well. Parking is limited and the drivethrough is really busy, but that's pretty typical of most Starbucks, so I wasn't too worried about it.
