The guy here at subway is so rude and it's saying they are closed when I had already placed an order online and saying it be... ready within 30min. I told him you ain't closed because you have a sign on the window saying it's open 24/7. So he is saying weclosed everyday for an hour. He is very rude and looks like he just doesn't care, just bad customer service. Now, he is like Ican't get you a refund that I need to contact subway for that..never got my food and food don't seem fresh anyway and he ain'teven wearing gloves while handling and utensils. The subway on foothill has great people working there I've order my sandwich online with the subway app makes my experience... short but so very worth it on Friday I'm finishing work my brother asks to get him a subway sandwich for his lunch before goingin to work I wanted to make sure he got that while at the same time, time it just right. The app makes thing convenient forwhen you want your sandwich made what time your gonna be there and what kind of sub you want, I'm happy with the app andlocation cause my house ain't far and so is work. thank you subway for having hard working people doing there job and please tothe customers that order in give these sandwich artist a kind attitude cause they make sure you have it your way. February 4, 2020. I went in today and the women there were so sweet and kind. Most notably, Yvonne and Jennifer. Jennifer was... very nice and competent and Yvonne was very kind and patient with my order. This was my first time visiting this store and had aGREAT experience!!! Thank you Yvonne and Jennifer! Don't bother stopping , it's a gas station serving outdated food . Don't get sick ..
I come here often and subway is subway, food is about what you?d expect but my issue is with the cleanliness, I have food... allergies and this location has a bad habit of reusing the dirty knives that are lathered in sauces some of which contain eggwhich I can?t have. I feel uncomfortable ordering here because I usually pick food up for work and I?m not trying to have amedical emergency at work. They need to enforce proper food handling in the sense of avoiding cross contamination. Allergies areno joke. Read more
