You have got to be kidding me if you charge me 14 dollars for a sandwich I expect it to be good and made how I requested. You... charged me for avocado and my sandwich had all but one little slice of avocado in it why? If I ask for sweet onion sauce on mysandwich why are you giving me a dry sandwich? These are questions I actually want answered. I actually gave you guys a shotagain today after years and you managed to make this a horrible experience yet again. Just because I moved over to help the linemove along when you guys were busy was no reason to short me on my avocado and decide to give me no sauce after I specified whatI wanted maybe even twice. I ended up throwing the sandwich to some stray cats it tasted horrible to be honest maybe I shouldhave expected it. Oh well $14 in the trash. NEVER AGAIN! Read more

Disrespectful employee that impersonates being a manger. Poor service supplying negative ill energy preparing food should not be... something that is paid or supported? employees hang up on incoming calls, show disrespect when talked to in person , they don?twear their name tags and refuse to supply their names when asked during an issue. After finding out she wasn?t the manager whenasked to contact the manager she refused. DONT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF SERVICE save your money exchange for a better managed place. Read more

Love that subway employees are courteous and thank you for a clean eating area - the food is always fresh -So keep up the great... job and the manager she have a good attitude always good customer service ????????????break always fresh ????????????. Read more

Omg the most horrible experience I've ever been treated. If i could give negative stars i would, right from the start me and my... wife sat down to see the menu and not even 2 mins in we get a rude attitude tone saying are we going to order. Now I'm anextremely nice person didn't respond to her tone but still sed yes we are just looking at the menu. With that sed she rolled hereyes and gave a big ugh... Still i ignored, i asked my wife to to ahead and ordered and it all went down hill from that. Read more

The only subway I know of in the IE that has its lobby/eating area closed. My kids and I order food and are about to sit down to... eat when one of the employees yells ?just so you know, the lobby is closed.? Why don?t you post a sign or put up a block orsomething? Read more

Words can't express how upset I am at this Subway in Rialto. I ordered my food online (two 12 inch and one 6 inch). I had my son... and my daughter go pick it up. And when they got home I opened the bag and there was only one 12 inch and two 6 inch subs. Itook the unopened food back to the store with the receipt and the manager said she made the sandwiches tIhe right way, two 12inch and one 6 inch. I said here are the sandwiches with the receipt that was taped to the bag in front of you. She looked atthe receipt and she pointed at the receipt and said "I know I made two 12 inch and one 6 inch." I told her "I'm still missing asandwich." She was rude and refused to give me the sandwich I ordered, and she took my receipt, then said "I didn't know wherethe receipt was and she never saw it" after I asked for my receipt. She told me that I would have to cancel the order online toget a refund for my money. She also would not let me open the sandwich to show her that I did not get the full 12 inch. Shewould not show me how to cancel the order online, so I had to leave the store with one 12 inch and two 6 inch sandwiches. I cannot believe that an establishment would treat their paying customers that way! But I guess that is why they only have 2 stars onreviews. I will never go back there again and I want everyone to know that they treat their customers like trash. This place has sadly gone downhill since the last time I came. Their cheddar cheese was cracked, dry and hard. The turkey was... sweating. And the roast beef was turning green. To make it worse, when I pointed it out the the employee, her response was thatthe manager wasn't there- so there's nothing she can do about it! ???? Read more
