Expensive compared to Yoshinoya but sometimes you don't have not time
Posting a picture of the shrimp bowl so everyone one is aware of the amount of shrimps you get. Over $10 dollars for 6 shrimps.

I have gone couple times and I always get my orders wrong, it?s good on the receipt but they give me missing items or wrong... items every time. Food is really good can?t complain but why do I have to get my orders wrong. I called spoke David he said nexttime you come back we will replace your bowl and took my information. 5 days later I go and I was told I wasn?t on the list.Michelle told me she couldn?t do much because I didn?t have the receipt in the moment and I only had 24 hours to go back which Iwasn?t told. Came back called gave her all the information and I was told I would get refunded, today is 7 days later andnothing. The women working there definitely need to work on their people skills, they are always rude when we order from the drive thru.... No hello, no thank you, nothing but attitude. I was ordering my food and one of the ladies was talking over me and didn't hearmy order and then proceeded to tell me how I should order. Food is delicious but definitely not worth it. I'd rather go to theother location in the Renaissance center. Read more
This is the worst waba grill location to go to. I?ve gone this place 3 times in the last month and ALWAYS had to go back because... they forgot part of my order. Then they get rude and defensive when you complain. Will definitely be going else where next time.The workers are too rude for my liking! Got the veggie tofu bowl and it was surprisingly good. Will come here more often for my lunch.
Two different bowls had hair, will definitely not be returning, hope this doesn't happen to other people pretty gross, and for 2... separate bowls to have this happen someone needs to check whats happening in the kitchen, (please note although my review waswritten today I was hesitant to write this I was there a few days ago.)
