An older woman on the larger side was very rude and had a really bad attitude. When I asked for extra sauce she told me she had... already gave me 2 packets and said she would charge me if I wanted more. I've never had a problem with getting more packets ofhot sauce before. I don't understand why I would be charge for extra hot sauce especially when it's not coming out of thecashiers paycheck. Adrianna has excellent customer service. The whole night team were great. We were those customers that walked in 30 min before... closing and ordered 4 bowls and no one gave us attitude just great service. I appreciate Adrianna and she is a greatrepresentative to have in the forefront. She displayed what customer service should be everywhere. Read more

Dude! I did a walk in ordered chicken brown rice plate today. I then saw this board. Beef ribs? Yep! Be back soon. Food I... ordered prepared fast, hot and tasted great. 3rd time ordering from this location. Ordering tips for walk in orders: #1. speakloud, there's a plexiglass dividing you and the cashier plus it's chicken chopping pounding loud in there. # 2. ask ifcondiments are included or surcharge. (Restaurant should be asking if amount for condiments is a yes or no) #3. Your ordernumber printed largley top center. #4. Listen to when your order number is yelled out for you. #5. Show your receipt pick up anddine in or go. I'm not employed or being paid by waba grill or it's affiliates for this review. Just posting a great review fora gray experience. I come here at least 3 times a week. NEVER AGAIN.. Carina informed me that she was absolutely willing to lose a long time... customer for 64 cents. MANNY, I hope you're reading this. You lost a customer over 64 cents!!! How idiotic are you? Charging 32cents for a pack of waba sauce, you are waba grill, but the sauce costs extra....Are you out of your mind!!! Read more

Ordering was easy. No lines in the restuarant. Employees were friendly and accommodating. They were also observing social... distancing. The bathroom was closed for cleaning. The order was ready very quickly and as always tastes so good. They were stilloffering the 2 chicken bowl for $11. Read more
