The wings are good but if you want to get 2 piece wings then be careful the cashier is about to tell you no you can't get them... like that you have to get four piece. What if I needed plates for my family to eat on and if they all are kids deepwad? Rudeservice here. Read more

it took me a few years to patronize this Wingstop again. Due to the horrible food prep I normally drive to Rancho or Beaumont.... Well today I decided to give it a chance and was majorly disappointed. The chicken had a spoiled taste saturated in excessivebutter/oil lemon pepper sauce when I specifically requested no oil, the fries were lukewarm considering as soon as my order wascompleted the fries should have been piping hot. When I asked for a refund I was told that I had to wait until Wednesday whenthe manager returned from vacation???? Wingstop is already pricey for subpar chicken. People patronize these establishmentsbecause of convenience not because it's the best so the least wingstop can do is make sure that the food is fresh, hot, packagedwith care and give the customer what they would expect if they were the customer. Ordered wingstop and when it came in they gave me all drums which I did not ask for but since they saw it was an online order I... guess they felt like doing it anyways since I wasn't there to complain, which tells me they had a person come in ordering allflats and didn't feel like making another batch of chicken and the chicken I DID get tasted as if it was left out for anextended period of time and dropped back down in the fryer to warm up. On top of all of this, for the garlic parmesan wings Iordered they didn't even put the sauce on them it was literally just parmesan on plain, old, drums. Out of the 8 wings I got Iate 2. night crew on may 19 had the store closed for like 2 hrs even tho they were in there and stil ldidnt have the orders done

I made an order online at 9:15pm because the wait time here is long, from previous experience. When I get into the establishment... to pay for my order, the order was done wrong. I asked for wings to be well done. It said it on their ticket the cook just chosenot to do it. So then they had to redo my order and when they did my wings they were dry, extra salty and burnt. Some of myfries were also cold and salty. The attitudes from the shift manager to the other employees were unprofessional. I will not becoming back to this wingstop. Their lack of customer service, my food was completely sabotaged and unenjoyable. Keep in mind Ihad my 7yr old daughter with me and she had to eat this food the way they served because she was hungry and it was too late togo anywhere else. I also am 7mos pregnant and very hungry. We usually order at this location when visiting from out of state and generally it?s okay. It?s not as great as other Wingstop?s... we?ve been to around the country but it?s been the best in this area of California. Except for today. We ordered 12 mild buffalowings with 3 lemon pepper dry rub, large side of fries with 2 drinks. The only thing that was correct about our order was thedrinks and those were filled by my husband. They gave us 13 buffalo and 2 lemon pepper and even then, they placed the lemonpepper under the buffalo and they were swimming in buffalo sauce. Out of the 100s of times that we?ve ordered wings from WingStop, they?ve always wrapped the dry rub separately from the buffalo wings. The large fry hardly had any fries in it and theywere very lightly seasoned if you can even call them seasoned at all. They are plain cold fries. And not that it?s a huge dealbut definitely frustrating, they gave us all flats and no drumsticks. The drumsticks are my favorite. When my husband called,they wanted us to drive 30 minutes back to the store to show them proof. The manager had a ton of attitude and refused to doanything. This is not and never has been Wingstops policy. Stephanie needs some training on customer service and is definitelynot ready for a management role. I am going to go and review all the great Wingstops we?ve been to before because they have goneabove and beyond anytime an order was wrong but generally our regular Wingstops are great to begin with.
