Bought 4 happy meals for kids to get the Halloween pails for them which they said they had ??obviously they didn?t which I get... they run out fine whatever. No one at the register to take our order. At 1059 am . Took way to Long to receive our food, way too many people with order... messed up people not getting what they ordered. Floors and tables dirty. Read more
First they took forever getting us our food and they were goofing around while we were waiting. Then when I had noticed my fries... were chewy and unsalted I tried to go through the drive through again and they still had another 3 minutes before closing. Wementioned we just went through the drive through and he told us "we are closed." When I pulled up to the window to try to getnew fries or figure something out the manager completely ignored us and the other employees were laughing at us. Used app, went to get order. Big mac came with only bottom level filled, then put dry bun on dry bun for top. This is after... acouple weeks ago ordered 2 chicken sandwiches that could have been used for hockey pucks. Nasty sitting under heater for morethen awhile. Very disappointed in this location, will not go back. They do not care what they send out, and with pricesincreasing might as well go to a sitdown place. Every time I?ve gone it?s been a terrible experience, employees are rude and my order is always messed up or cold. Went to take... my son out for a celebration ice cream after his baseball game tonight and go figure they shut off their ice cream machine early(looks like that?s a common occurrence) my god it?s prime baseball season?and summer?go further down the road to cloud or littlefalls. They closed their ice cream machine early, it was fine, not a big deal, I wasn?t going to complain UNTIL the guy who I spoke to... the whole time was super rude. His tone of voice was condescending & then he had the audacity to tell my friend & I to ?not killour lungs? because of the vapes he saw in my car. Like, okay then? Thanks for the comment? You?re not our doctors but thanks forthe concern. After the lung comment he closed the drive through window so quick I couldn?t respond. I pulled forward so he couldsee me & I just stared then waved. Him & all the employees laughed, I heard & saw it. At least come up with something better,that wasn?t even funny or clever. The thing is, I wasn?t going to say anything or leave a review until my Husband got foodpoisoning from his meal. It?s the fact your employees shut the equipment down early so you couldn?t make your sale, then wasextraordinarily rude & then poisoned my Husband.
