There was 3 of us waiting to order. When she came up to the register we hesitated not knowing who would order first and she... snapped and said "come on girls gotta go" she didn't tell us that our orders were ready she just set them there. As I wasleaving this lady came up to her saying her drink wasn't good and the owner threw it out and kept saying "I'll just throw itout" when the lady said she didn't have to. We ate here a while back. The waitress /owner was so lazy acting. She huffed when we wanted a glass of water. And she slammed it... on table so crabby like.The burgers were very greasy. Terribly rude owner. Accused me and my boyfriend, mind you we are 21 and 22 of slamming the ?employee only? door shut. She then... apologize when I said ?we didn?t. A little boy walking by did.? She then chased after the boy and father to yell at them. Theboy was 4 or 5 and kids are kids. He shut a door. When I called in to recommend a door wedge to hold door open and not accusingpeople without knowing what happened, the owner again had an attitude and was very rude. Not a family friendly place. We were the only ones in there at noon and now I know why. Lady was not so much rude but unfriendly and it made it awkward... sitting in there. We ordered cheese curds, got a small amount and I think some left over from an old batch. ( different texture)Gave two stars because I love the decorations. Read more
From the moment my friend and I walked in the owner was very unfriendly and sour. It kinda put a damper on the experience. Later... when my friend went back to retrieve a forgotten item, he was told to push in the chairs because that's not how they were whenwe came in. When nearly every other chair in the cafe was not pushed in. If that's the manner one will be treated at aresturaunt, I'll buy my over priced, luke warm latte somewhere else. Read more
My husband and I live this place. We come when we want a lunch date or just for a burger. They have the best burgers in... town..serious about that one. THEY MAY HAVE BEEN HACKED AND THE OWNER WOULDNT LISTEN TO ME! I tried to tell the woman at the counter (assuming she was the... owner) glasses and short hair that she may have been hacked and here is why. I let my husband who I recently married borrow mybank card to take my to daughter and him to get food while I shopped. The card is in my maiden name and is of no connection tomy husband. There is no reward system there, she did not ask him if he wanted the receipt texted to him. She simply threw awaythe receipt. However when me and my husband left for Walmart he received a text saying it was a receipt from the transactionwith her. This is why I believe she was hacked, she uses a square system to take payments from customers. And I have had friendswho have had this happen before. I tried to tell her over the phone that she may have been hacked because my card is not linkedto my husbands phone. She wouldn't listen, she's putting other people at risk. And she could not explain how that was possibleshe just said it was in her system. I called my bank concerned, they said there is NO WAY that could have happened and that hisnumber is not tied to my card. They said to watch my bank account, or a get a new card. They also suggested contacting the phonecompany. This is not something you fight the customer about when you don't understand. And for anyone thinking of going therethe food is not that great for the price, the service was horrible regardless, and pay cash even though that may not help ifsomehow the WIFI plays a part in hacking your phone.
