So I drive for doordash, and I cannot tell you how many times I've had to wait inside for an order almost 30 minutes. Sometimes... more. Tonight it happened and the workers (2 girls in particular) were complaining about the item that was ordered and talkingreally bad about them. As a customer I came through the drive through earlier and the food was cold by the time i got it. It hadbeen sitting in the window for 15 minutes before It was handed to me. The night crew here is especially disorganized and reallyreally bad with customers. The lobby is always closed, so I think they've gotten used to not being face to face much. Probably one of the worst mcdonalds that's I've been to. Rarely is anything right the 1st time, and it seems like the people... must be playing hot potato with the microphone to take orders because it doesn't matter whether it's slow or busy you alwayshave to wait for someone to try to take your order, let alone get it right even after multiple corrections.
