So I drive for doordash, and I cannot tell you how many times I've had to wait inside for an order almost 30 minutes. Sometimes... more. Tonight it happened and the workers (2 girls in particular) were complaining about the item that was ordered and talkingreally bad about them. As a customer I came through the drive through earlier and the food was cold by the time i got it. It hadbeen sitting in the window for 15 minutes before It was handed to me. The night crew here is especially disorganized and reallyreally bad with customers. The lobby is always closed, so I think they've gotten used to not being face to face much. Probably one of the worst mcdonalds that's I've been to. Rarely is anything right the 1st time, and it seems like the people... must be playing hot potato with the microphone to take orders because it doesn't matter whether it's slow or busy you alwayshave to wait for someone to try to take your order, let alone get it right even after multiple corrections. I understand thatmost of them are high school kids who have never had a real job, but this mcdonalds needs to have some sort of standards as faras customer service is concerned Read more

Good Food and Decent Access from I-53. Nice place to stop on a long drive up north, would recommend ????
Is this place even open in the Mornings on the weekend? Stopped on two separate occasions to grab breakfast around 6:15am. Both... times I've sat there 10 minutes plus and nothing....Google says they are open 5am but obviously not... I understand staffingissues but at least update your hours then if you can't keep up... Their friendly skeleton staff, & contactless digital ordering screen attempt to speed up the process, but the one screen needed... full reset & it didn't seem like they had the staff to keep up with drive thru & counter. Granted this is Friday dinner rush &extra younger kids going to BSA Camp; so it may not ALWAYS be like this. The food was standard McDonald's quality, hot, fresh,presentable, & still tasted great HOURS later! (my child didn't finish before bedtime ????). Read more
The food is good, the drive thru is good, mobile order pickup is good. The dining room though is uncomfortable and unattractive.... Whoever at corporate decided to go with that decor made a big mistake, unless the goal was to discourage people coming inside toeat. Read more
Great fries and burgers as always but its getting tiresome that you can never eat inside. Im done with them until I have that... option. Read more
