They had a good breakfast. Not out of this world but quite good. The apple fritter french toast was very good. I'd say it's on... par with a baker's square/perkins but better. I wish I hadn't filled up so much, their pies looked fantastic! I'll be goingback. Service was very friendly. Read more
Was in the area and decided to walk over. How could I be a good Norwegian and not go here for some lunch. I ordered the lefse... wrapped Norwegian meatballs with mashed potatoes and gravy. It was pretty good. Grandma?s was better but grandma?s always is. Ialso got cheese curds. They were mediocre. Probably frozen. I should have skipped them for $10 and ordered pie. In Wisconsin thecheese curds should always be fresh in my opinion. The pies and desserts looked AMAZING but I didn?t have room for any. This place has very delicious food if you have the time to wait unfortunately! This place is severely under staffed and they do... not take reservations either. They haven't really bounced back from the pandemic I assume! So sad, because the food here istypically worth the hassle, but currently too big of a hassle to wait in a line for 1 server and 1 cook who are trying theirbest I'm sure, we decided to go elsewhere. Will be more than happy to come back on a regular basis once they fix their staffingproblems. Read more
