Went there last night around 10:30 pm. If you look online it said open but apparently the employees think otherwise. No lights... on, drive throw was dark. Attempted to order food got told all they fryers were off. Sat there for over 10 minutes waiting toget my food when I did guess what? It was wrong. I am honestly so disappointed with this restaurant. Don't even get me startedon management here as well. Wouldn't suggest anyone get food here. Nor should they work here unless of course they don't careabout there job then it's the perfect place for then. Read more
Always disappointed when coming here lately, was just there at 4:30 pm. Cashier couldn?t give me a total and told me he would... have it at the window. My total went from $12 to $26 by adding on two tacos, when asked for a receipt they refused. My order wascompletely wrong and everything I paid extra for to be added onto my food was not even added. Beyond disappointed and donewasting my money here. The customer service is terrible and my order is always wrong. Just wasted my money and the order wascompletely wrong in every aspect. Read more
Stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no assistance. There was one person inside waiting at their table for food and one... person at the drive up window. The 5 employees stared at us and still didn?t help. Ended up leaving, and told the lady walkingin not to waste her time. Read more
Went to the drive through for lunch, ordered a party pack. The tacos were all super sloppy and watery, they were just thrown in... the box without any care which led to the box falling apart completely. I asked for sauce at the window as well and they did notgive me any. I understand staffing issues right now but this was the worst TBell experience I have had. Read more
It's always a toss up if they'll be open or not based on staff shortages, but this location makes up for it based on how much... they load everything up when it is open. I've gotten a probably shameful amount of Taco Bell in my life, and I have never gottenfatter burritos and cheese roll ups in my life. It was like double the amount of filling I normally get. This has got to be the best taco bell in history. Let's just say we got treated like kings here. As I walked up the manager open... the door for me. She literally went out of her way and opened that door. And they gave us extra food. And they brought the foodto us. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is that it's not at my house. They can't get an order right to save their lives. Even when it's all on your receipt! And if you expect a hot meal then you're... going to the wrong place the food isn't even lukewarm!! Not to mention you'll be lucky to see more than a tablespoon of meat inyour tacos. Dining in and drive through are no difference. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. Read more
