Just went to try the double pretzel bacon king. I ordered 2 sandwiches and when I opened my burger there were 2 bottom buns on... my one burger and 2 top buns on the other. I was like oh well whatever until I started eating it and there was literally 1 pieceof bacon on each burger. For paying nearly 25 dollars for just 2 sandwiches, one would think that there would be a decent amountof bacon on it. Very sad burger. I feel I was ripped right off! Absolutely horrible service. The attitude of the girls serving customers rude and short. Ignoring questions. Basically treated... me like cattle in and out. Just another reason to hate this franchise... Nothing but let downs and disappointments. I'd givezero stars if I could. Read more

I have ordered through Uber lots and used to get my same meal right all the time. Now everytime I order there is something wrong... or missing. I get a double whopper and it has shown up a single 3 times in a row. Very unprofessional. I try to call them and noone ever answers. DONT ORDER DELIVERY!!! Read more
Terrible. Got shorted an order of jalapeño bites on my order. All the better perhaps as the attached photo is what the ranch... looked like. I'm not expert, but I opted to not eat that ranch. Burger was OK, fries were a bit old. Read more
Decided to try one of their featured sandwiches, the "Crispy Buffalo Chicken". Nowhere on the menu was a price for this... sandwich. When it was rung in, I found that it was $6.99, which was a dollar more than the regular crispy chicken. Oh well.Waited for my order, and waited, and waited and just when I thought all was lost, it appeared. 15 minutes after the order wasplaced. When I got back to the office, this is what I got. Despite being brand new, this Burger King location is clean and quiet, however I can imaging that it will get pretty loud during... their busy hours. The staff are friendly and professional and actually care if you spend your money here or not... For thatI'll give it 5 stars. Read more
I went on 17 oct @9:30 am. Two staff working at that time. The staff who attended me was on the phone talking to someone in a... different language, rude behaviour, not listening properly what i am ordering. We stayed for 15min. She was talking too loud, ican hear even i sat far away from the counter..(No other costumer at that time maybe that why the staff was on the phone) I hopethe manager of store see this review and go through the policy with the staff and training as needed.
