I don't see myself driving 25 minutes to eat here again but if you live nearby, it would be a good place for a quick bite with... solid food. Katsu was fried quite nicely but the katsu sauce was not for me. Got the curry on the side to dip the katsu in(which I preferred to the katsu sauce) and later mixed it with rice to finish off my bento. Read more
Food needs some improvement: the stir fry in the bento box is way too salty, the green onion in the miso soup can be cut smaller... in size. For the two pieces of sushi, no wasabi, ginger or soy sauce were provided in the box. Then why I got Korean kimchi inmy Japanese bento box? Read more
Nice ambiance and delicious food. Was confronted with a tip screen at the walk up counter so pre-tipped them assuming some... level of service will be provided later. Irked that everything turn out to be self service like a fast food restaurant. So...I carry my own food at the counter, get my own utensils and water, bus my own tables after eating and leave a double digit tip(for taking my order?). That bad taste in my mouth was quickly replaced, however, with literally great taste in my mouth. Read more
My boyfriend and I came here for dinner, and it was great! The staff are super friendly, and the food is amazing. I ordered the... classic chicken katsu meal which came with rice, shredded cabbage, and miso soup, and my boyfriend ordered the classic cheesepork katsu. Both were absolutely amazing! The chicken was fried to perfection and there was no oily leftovers on the crust. Wewill definitely be back to try the curry and the katsu sando! Read more
We had the curry katsu bento box, the cheese pork deluxe, some karaage chicken and Inari. Each kind of bento box had different... types of little sides and bites that came with them. The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean and well-decorated, wehad a great time! Read more
The first time we came here was after another sushi restaurant had over an hour wait. Came here after reading positive reviews... and was not disappointed! This is my second time and still satisfied. The pork katsu is crunchy and flavorful. Also had thecrunch roll and temptation roll, which are very generous servings and super fresh and delicious. It has a more casual vibe,great service, and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend! Read more
