The salespeople are so polit and they know EXACTLY what your looking for and where to find it. They don't lead you " over the... river and through the woods " of their store : they lead you to your options and find out what would be the best product for you. Because your buying wholesale the price are great . I need to inquire if they have a buyer's "membership" . I buy all of myserver aprons , wine keys , etc . here and it's the only place I will go. I want to love them but they shipped a full single wok station and it was completely damaged. They told me its our fault for not... unwrapping and inspecting. The insurance should have taken care of it, they have great variety and decent pricing. The customerservice could be better. Read more
