I love the grilled chicken sandwich and the fries are real potatoes made fresh. I went into this location last Saturday to get a quick drink. The main double door was locked when we tried to get in. A teen... worker opened it for us and told us that he was screening for teens. He proudly told us that teenagers were not allowed to intothe restaurant. When we were leaving, he was quizzing a mother about her children?s ages and then told her they were not allowedin. I don?t have teenagers, but I am still outraged at this blatant discrimination. Apparently, about a year ago, there wassome trouble with some teens who had bad behavior and smoked in the bathroom. Can this chick fil A not find a way to deal withproblem clientele while serving people of all ages???? I?m certain that not every teen is a trouble maker. Ironically, the vastmajority of the employees are teens. I wonder if they are allowed to eat there before or after a shift??? Read more
My responsible 14 year old was turned away at the door. At 5:15pm she was told she could not come in without a parent. She was... going to order to go and leave. I am always amazed how quickly businesses want to destroy relationships with customers, insteadof handling their business properly. If student customers cause a problem then have them leave. Please do not assume all youngcustomers are troublemakers. Especially when parents send them into the lobby to avoid the long, long, long, long, line thatsnakes around the building twice.
