Great sandwich. Horrible service. No one greets you, no one says thank you. You had more team members on duty than customers on... site and still poor service. I will try and visit them one more time before I decide to not purchase from them again. Staytuned!! Read more
I had not tried Firehouse Subs previously. I had a 'New York Steamer's which is a pastrami and provolone on a roll. Since it... wasn't crowded, I expected pretty quick turnaround and was surprised with how long it took and also the cost. A mid-sizedsandwich and a bag of chips was over $11. Unfortunately, when I opened it I found the bread to be very gummy. It also didn'thave much meat, in my opinion. I hope they get everything worked out but I must say, I won't be back. Read more
First time there and got the Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich. It was so delicious. The meat was cooked very well with great... flavoring and the sauce and melted cheese on it was amazing. One of my all time favorite sandwich spots; no one else comes close! The bread and toppings are soooo good!
