I have been to First Watch before and had a wonderful experience, however this time, it wasn't the case. It was busy, so I... didn't mind waiting. But after 30 minutes, all of the people that had been waiting when I got there, had all been seated. Istill had not received a text saying that my table was ready. I went in and asked how long would it be before I was seated. Theguy said, "oh I have a table ready for you now". As he was sitting me, I noticed there were several empty tables available, andthey also have a bar. Because it was crowded when I went in, I didn't see the bar. It makes me wonder how much longer would Ihave waited if I had not come in. By this time I'm a little upset because I wasn't even giving the option to even see or told ifthey had available seating at the bar when I put my name on the list. Anyway, I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes ,eggs, andpotatoes. The pancakes are huge! The food was good, but the customer service was not. From the host to my server, it was not agood experience. Quick and tasty breakfast although that the place was full. Very good. Service good, food quality is good.
Every time we come here, they never disappoint. I have tried several items on their menu. Very flavorful, the dish is pleasing... to the eyes and they have new ones every so often. Truly recommend this place for breakfast or brunch. Read more
I've been to other First Watch locations and the food was great. This time, not so much. My grandson asked for the eggs to be... cooked over hard and they came out over easy. The toast which is usually really good, had a refrigerator or freezer taste, kind of stale. I didn't leave thinking that I wanted to come back. The server was great though! Read more
This is probably my favorite brunch spot hands down! I always get their Traditional Breakfast with scrambled eggs and ham and it... is soooo yummy and so filling. Everything tastes fresh and is always so good, and service is wonderful as well. If you arelooking for good food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go! Read more
The food here is great and fresh. Service is pretty good but usually gets crowded during brunch time. I really like the kale... tonic. They have a seasonal menu that changes and I like to order from there and try new stuff. Read more
Enjoyed our first visit to this location in Richardson. Clean, well run, and good food. Trifecta was very good. Eggs Benedict... was also good though my eggs were not running. I have say it was a welcome surprise to get coffee that was NOT like Texas oil!???? Read more
The place was nice and the food looked great; however, I wasn?t a big fan of what I ordered. It lacked of taste and color.
