What a lovely product with terrible execution. Three times now. They want to be a restaurant with waited table service. However,... on all of our last three occasions, I have now ordered from the register and been told to expect a waitress, only to receive noone to our party. We don?t need that but were mandated it. We?ve then had to get our own silverware, plates, drinks, waters, andso on for the entirety of our experience since not one person appeared as such. So much so, that upon leaving the last TWOtimes, I had to HUNT down the manager just to pay. We could have left both times without paying a cent, but that?s just not ourstyle of course. Not one apology. The young bus boy and kind bartender was literally the only redeeming factor here. We supportGAPCO from Lower Greenville experiences whole heartedly. I think the only way to support Richardson is to order to-go and serveyourself on the patio. Because let?s be honest, ?service,? even though we paid for it, does not exist here. Read more

I went here with my dad for dinner one evening, and the place was so amazing! As soon as I walked in I was amazed at the vibe... and style of the place. Very fun and chill atmosphere. Our server was very nice and fun, and the food was delicious! I built myown calzone with mozzarella, ricotta, Alfredo sauce, and pepperoni (see photo). It was big and SO GOOD, I ate the whole thing,and our server was even impressed at my large appetite! One thing I would like to recommend to the restaurant, is to add blindsto the windows. At the time we were eating dinner, the sun was shining right in my eyes and I had to move seats because of it.Over all this place is amazing. Excellent food. We ordered to go, so I can't speak for the in restaurant experience. But our pizza was delicious. We ordered 1/2... Mucho Meato, 1/2 pepperoni and the sampler. My wife couldn't have enough of the beef ravioli. Overall, it was exactly as Iremembered the original location. Read more
