My son and I ordered sandwiches from here. The girl taking our initial party off our order made us feel like we were putting her... out. And our meat and cheese had to be repacked into the actual sandwich instead of in the paper when we got home. The guy onthe toppings was apparently in a hurry to get somewhere because he wasn't paying attention as he put just mayo, mustard andpickle on my son's sandwich. He also tried to put a much mayo on mine as to drown the other toppings. I caught it to get him toscrape most of it off. And then my side oil and vinegar wasn't given, or a receipt. We arrived at the location at 8:25pm. When I asked the young lady working how she?s doing today, her response was ?I?m alive.? ... I told her that?s a good thing, and she sullenly replied ?For some people?. She took our order and started the sandwiches whileher coworker remained in the kitchen in the back. She half made our two and then completed the one for the customer behind us.She left all three sandwiches in various states of completion and went to the register while her coworker came out to finishthem (so I had go repeat my order for him?and he displayed the personality of a brick). We got our soda cups and chips, and Ichose a table while MDP completed the transaction. As the female employee finished with our payment, she called across the storeto me ?you can?t eat in here?we?re about to close?. It was 8:35, and the posted store hours are until 9pm. We left, but itwould?ve been nice to have been told that we were unwelcome before we ordered. The young woman was obviously having a bad day,but we were in no way unkind, rude, or demanding in our transaction. We won?t be back. If this is the same franchise owner asthe location in Lucas, you should have your Lucas staff train your Richardson people. Lucas is always friendly and go above andbeyond. Edited again. Just got the portobello Swiss sandwich is practically empty. Waste of money. Not going back. EDITED: Was a good... review however today I ordered an $18 sub and like I said ordered provolone instead of American in the notes. I got home and thesub had no cheese at all and is horribly dry. However, they did offer to make it right for free next time. So I think that wasnice of them. Small Subs are small for the price however the quality of the food is good. But the giant sub can easily feed 2adults or 4 kids. That?s not bad for 15bucks. You can taste that the ingredients are quality and fresh. I ordered the hotportobello chicken sub no onions. The sub was proper temperature but should not have American cheese. I would get provolone nexttime. So far so good. Better than jimmy johns which I don?t go to for political reasons and Bc the owner is a trophy hunter. Better quality than subway but I think the smaller size sub I got should be $1-1.50 cheaper. Recommend eh 3/10 atm. Ordered adifferent sub today and it?s the first time every the food looked how it does in the picture in the website. Last visit2/25/22. Waste of money. Not going back.
