Cute little Japanese bistro. The two gentlemen behind the counter were polite and efficient with our order. They gave us an... orange for dessert which was refreshing! We got a salmon roll add jalapeño (salmon Avocado, jalapeño) and a Nicole roll(shrimp tempura, Avocado, topped with spicy tuna and punzu sauce.) Husband got the assorted yakitori (shoniku, negima, Kawa,kobe gyu, gyu tan, tontoro, shishito, shitake) husband says eat the meat first while it's tender and juicy. Everything wasdelicious. Rice was nice and soft on the shushi, definitely all fresh ingredients. Highly recommend this spot! Read more

I got the Alaskan, Philly roll (if you don't... have a good Philly roll the rest of your rolls must be trash) and the Crispy roll. I LOVED THEM ALL!! And no I didn't putsea-salt on my sushi. My son found a new Sushi restaurant to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. There was a great selection to choose from. Many... options any sushi lover would love. A good selection of appetizers you would find present at any traditional sushi restaurants. They have a good selection of custom sushi rolls and traditional sushi rolls. They also had a great selection of sashimi. Wechose chicken dumplings to start out with they had a great flavor and we're hot. We made two selections from their Sashimi menuand they had a clean and fresh taste. The atmosphere was welcoming and the layout provided a great selection of seating forcouples to medium to larger groups. The service was quick but not pushy. Miso soup was the best I've ever tasted and my appetizer, monkey brains, and meal was just as tasty and filling. I've always... driven by but never stopped, wish I stopped by sooner. There are other dishes I have to try and I know I won't be disappointedwith any choice. Read more
Wow this place is incredible! Feels like a nice mom and pop and you can tell the chef and host enjoys the customers. I love... their friendly and personable hospitality, and their food was fresh, filling, and flavorful. Ordered the tataki appetizers (notpictured), yakitori, Hanna roll, and the salmon bento. I really enjoy how they cook their rice here especially for their sushi.Amazing food! Definitely have to come here again when I am in the Richardson area! Read more
This place is a gem! So delicious, and great service. We ordered the Ninja roll, Tornado roll and Hanna roll. The sushi rolls... had a perfect balance of fish, rice and sauce. I usually avoid cream cheese because it can be too much, but Kansha nailed it! Wealso ordered a bento box and some noodles for take-out. Definitely going eat here regularly! Read more
I've been on a search for deep fried sushi rolls since we left Cancun. This place hit the spot. Everyone is so welcoming and... Ahse, the chef, was so accommodating to my request. I got deep fried California roll and deep fried yummy roll. My husband gotthe sushi lunch pick three. They make traditional fried rice with corn, sweet peas, carrots, etc. Yummy!!! We drove almost anhour and it was worth it. Will become regular customers. Read more
