So many changes since I last visited. Now they have metal covers over the salad, so you can't see the salad you can order from,... and they claim it's to keep the "food colder". Really? Use ice as you did before. People want to see what they are purchasingand see the salad as you mix in the salad dressing, and these covers make it impossible. Their "small" salads are so small now,they're listed as petite on the sales receipt (aptly named). And they are piled so it would be impossible to eat withoutknocking food onto the table - you have to transfer it to a larger plate. There's No more side bread available, you'll need toask for it and there's only one option - soft French bread. Management is indifferent to any concerns. Read more

After visiting other La Madeleine locations, I wasn't ever overly impressed. Today I visited this location and was blown away.... Not only by the tasty food, but by the amazing service. I walked in with my 4 year old and 2 year old. I came I to contact with4 different employees and they were gracious, polite, and beyond helpful and just genuinely friendly (extremely hard traits tofind in employees these days)! They were engaging with my kids and just all around warm! I unknowingly ordered a pesto pastawith cheese (my youngest can't have dairy) and tried to order one without cheese and willingly pay for it, because obviously itwas my mistake. The chef insisted that he would make it again, without dairy, at no charge. I tried to give back the pasta withcheese bc we hadn't touched it, yet. He smiled and told me to feed someone else with and wished my a good day. I was blownaway! La Madeleine can be on the pricey side when feeding 4 peop, but I will most definitely be back to this location! Read more
Caroline at the front and Nick the cook are the reason my wife and I eat here so often. We love the customer service Caroline... provides and Nick never disappoints with his amazing cooking. By far the best location in the metroplex! Read more
First, the atmosphere is beautiful! Very quaint and peaceful. The staff are also very lovely and kind. My personal favorites are... the Chicken Parisien sandwhich and the Sacher Torte parfait. Read more
All good, just remember to ask for bread with your soup otherwise forget it? not like the way it used to be when the bread was... free? Anyway, aside from that and a lot of dirty tables (probably due to the Sunday morning rush) Aside from that Chicken LaMadeline was great, I would have said 5 stars, if I did not have to go back in the line and wait for 5 minutes for bread ????for the soup?
