Last two times the pizza is undercooked. They treat their door dash customers bad
Tried to order online. Would not accept Corp discount code. Tried to call multiple times and phone was never answered. Went to... store and manager would not budge. Stated cheapskate owner would not allow him to give any discounts. Asked him to think outsidethe box and he told me there was absolutely nothing he could do. I have kids so we eat alot of pizza. We will not be eating atthis LC any more. Your refusal to honor a discount of essentially 15% that your website promoted, will cost you a family of 5's3 times a month worth of business. I placed my order online for pickup. When I arrived at the time specified It was not ready. I had to wait an additional 10... minutes. When it was ready the pizza came out wrong. I explained the pizza was for my children and I could not have jalapenoson it. They offered a refund or they could remake it. I did not have time to wait any longer I was already running late becauseI had to wait In the 1st place. I asked for anything else that had no jalapenos they said I had to pay for an extra pizza eventhough it was not my Mistake. This is not the 1st time this happens. I will not be returning here for a long time. I've had many problems with them from making incorrect change to getting the... wrong order, but today was the last straw. I ordered an Extra Most Bestest Cheese pizza, not a Hot-N-Ready. There were so manybubbles on the pizza that half of it was without any cheese or sauce. So 2nd time I've ordered from this place. Both times, there have been problems. This is the 2nd time. So I ordered the pepperoni... and cheese stuffed crust pizza combo. Great deal, looks good and you get a soda to boot. Sadly, I did not get the 2 liter sodadelivered with my order. So I shrug and think....I don't need the coke anyway. Pull out the crazy bread except that it's justbread, it does not have the butter or parmesan on it. Now I'm a little agitated. I check the pizza (at least they got thatright). I checked the Deep! Deep! Dish Pepperoni, and sadly, while not affected, the box was closed ON the pizza which showspoor presentation. Read more
Just left this place, I JUST OPENED MY the jalapeno cheese and there was MOLD in it !!!!!!I highly do not recommend this place,... I gave them one star just because the pizza was at least decent. People working there can understand us know we could understandthem there was one kid with a man bun and should had it had a fishnet on his hair he was flinging it around as he walkedeverywhere making pizzas. It is called a summer crispy thin pizza but there was nothing crispy about it. The pizza was soggy and hard to pick up without... the topping falling off. Read more
