I've been going here for many years, but somethings happening? Slight remodel, ownership change? Formerly I appreciated attempts... to be eco-friendly; recycled, biodegradable to go containers and I loved drinking Big Red with my food. But, now it's plasticcontainers and they've removed the fountain drinks in favor of single use containers. Food was still good, but I'm not sure I'llfeel as good about going here in the future ???? Nothing like tasting the creamy chilly paneer with naan and rice. A proper meal to savour. Great options to choose from. Lesser... options for vegetarians but the taste covers any shortcoming you can think of. Had an amazing experience. Thanks. Read more

Try to avoid this place. Never had seen raw cauliflower being used for Gobi Manchurian. Visited this place with lot of... expectations...and this dish only tastes soya sauce. If you are vegetarian than it's another story of how they are beingprepared...#Masala wok visiting after six years a big disappointment Read more

Bar far the worst Indian restaurant in Dallas, with very rude staff. The dishes have Indian names, but taste nothing like Indian... food. The food has no taste, and certainly no 'Masala' after which the restaurant is named. Over-oily, bland, and not tasty isthe perfect description for the food you get here. Never tried the 'Asian' food there, so won't comment on it. The staff arerude. They are mostly International students hired from the nearby university. They don't care about the people who go there andact as if they are doing a favor by taking the order. If you are looking at Indian food, save your time and money. Avoid thisplace. Read more

Should?ve taken all the 1 star reviews seriously here. This masala wok is a knock off of all the other locations in the dfw... metroplex. The quality of the food is very bad. ???? the rice was stale, chicken tasted old, the spicy pepper chicken lookedlike it was popped out of the freezer and cooked. Please don?t spend your money here, we threw away all the food and left.Unfortunately, the worst location of all the masala woks. Management - please fix up the quality of the food here! ???????? Thestaff was okay, just confused. The AC wasn?t working and the location could be a little cleaner. Read more

When I first rated this location I gave 5 stars because the service and food was great. Now I've had to move it to 2 start based... off the last 2 times I've ordered here. The last 2 times I've walked into this location it has been slow, maybe 2 tables wereseated. The last time I was there my order was incorrect and I had to drive back for it to be corrected. This last time(10.01.21) I ignored while one young man stared at the order box, and the young lady sat there and giggled and laughs with apatron instead of saying I'll be with you in a moment. They had one table with patrons. Customer Service should be much better.Once I got home, I realized that they didn't put mmy husbands spring roll in with his order and the cook thought it was a greatidea to give me visible burnt food. When I called in to inform them of the mistake the young lady I was speaking to handed thephone to someone else, didn't even let me know I would be speaking to someone new. The gentleman got on the phone, informed methat he wasn't sure either why I was given burnt food and that he was just coming in today so wasn't aware of the issue. Myproblem is no apology for the mistake, him just getting in isn't a customers concern. Instead of refunding the vegetable cutletas I asked they remade it. It was greasy and nasty. Any other time I would of re-asked for the refund but after getting my lastcovid vaccine I was tired. When I got back to the restaurant and explained the issue they looked at me like the food wasn'ttheirs. I told them it was burnt and he said are you sure it's burnt. There is a picture below to confirm it. Again anotheropportunity to apologize for the inconvenience of me having to come back to pickup the rest of our order and for the item beingburnt. Instead of an attitude, as if their conversation was more important. I'm disgusted with restaurants that forget that nocustomers means no livelihood for them. Treat your customers like you care about them and don't giv Read more
