Where to start. The order machines didn't work. Stood at counter for 5 minutes and could get an employee to look my direction. ... I gave up. My wife tried, it took another 5 minutes and she was able to make her order. However, the fries had zero salt. Toolthem back and asked for fried that had been salted. Still no salt. Also, if you ask for a water cup in Spanish its free. If youare black, they charge you for it. Employees use cell phone will prepping food and do not wash there hands after. Employeesdon't wash hands after taking money before scooping fries. Too many things wrong with this location. Read more
The deluxe crispy chicken sandwich was fresh and the fries were good too.

I honestly don't know what is wrong with the manager at this location. McDonald's say that they offer desserts but every time... you go to this location it doesn't matter what time of day or night it is they are not able to serve you ice cream ormilkshakes. Today they were not even able to serve soft drinks. McDonald's you really need to take desserts off your menu if youare not able to find multitask people A year ago I gave this location of five star because the food is always fresh and thestaff is always friendly. It?s saddens me because it?s like this location never seems to get my order right. Has happen on numerous occasions and today... was the straw that broke the camels back. I really don't like McDonald's at all anymore. But, this one... No ice cream. It's summer. It's bad enough the dollar sundaes... are 2.40 cents now, but come on. This one always seems to have something nothing working, or not serving something else. Read more
A simple order. Only one car on front of me ordered and they parked both of us. Then after other customer left. 2 other cars... parked and they left with thier food. 25min later I go inside and all manager did was blame that she has kids working. It'sher job to train them and make sure orders are given correctly. Her excuse my order was lost. Worst customer service. Donegoing to this location and any of Jonathans other McDonald's.
