Hit and miss with the customer service. Most of the times short taking your order I usually mobile order and they always say go... to the 1st window. At the 1st window sometimes I am greeted and other just waved away, they say mobile order , I reply yes theywave me to the next window. There's a real polite young man up beat and cheerful. McDonald's service is usually somewhat consistent. Went through the drive-thru and accept for talking to somebody through the... speaker. Not one person talk to me or acknowledged that I was there. Both people, the one taking my money and the one giving memy order at the next window. Window we're both talking to one of their co-workers and other than handing me my card or my foodthrough the window made no acknowledgment that I even existed. Yay!!! AC fixed in play area :) this is the only McDonald?s I?ve been to that when I order anything customized they actually get... my order 100% rite! They always bring the order to the table if you order table service in the app as well. Thank you guys forbeing on top of everything here & being so clean!!! The cashier's was polite and very helpful as I was trying to us my points towards my meal. My meal was hot and fresh.
Every McDonald's restaurant has both excellent and bad reviews. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I see this location as one... of the VERY BEST LOCATIONS in recent months. I don't go in there with an attitude, and the managers know me well. They go outof their way when I order my food. I am not good with names, (except for one person) but do know faces. I treat them withrespect since I know they mean well, and will not waste my time. They treat me very well in return. Sometimes it helps to getto know the staff, recognize that nobody is perfect, and when appropriate, say please and thank you. It does not workeverywhere, but a proper attitude and good manners can really increase the odds in your favor for getting the best service. Yes, there are places that I have experienced where no matter how polite you are, the management and staff just will not takethe initiative to go the extra steps to be as good as they can be. A good example of that is right across the street. Suchplaces like that should get rid of management and staff who don't perform their work up to good standards and have few morals. This McDonald's restaurant location is managed by a VERY NICE LADY, her name is Blanca. She is very nice, compassionate, andwill do everything she can to help you. Just be polite and treat her and her staff right, and they will do the same for you. Ican and do appreciate Blanca, and the drive thru expert named Sara, and the other hard working staff members. The The food from this McDonald's is typically better than average. The last time we were there the fries were hot and salty-... delicious for what they are. However, we really wanted to get ice cream for the kiddos but the machine was down. We willabsolutely stop here again. Read more
This was our only option when our kids wanted McDonald's. We were forced to use the keyous to place our order when there was... workers to take our order it took longer because I didn't know how to use it and the worker had to to keep coming over to helpbut didn't want to take our order which would have been quicker.
