I ordered on the app. I waited 16 minutes. No one came. I called the phone number 3 times until it hung up on me. I gave up... and went to the drive thru. It took me 21 minutes to get my order. I was kind but all the woman at the window could do islaugh and say is I'm sorry. I ate and then called again. This time someone answered. I asked for the manager and he told mewas it. I told him the story. Rather than apologize, he gave me excuses. He told me that the drive thru and people who walk income first. That the curbside had to wait. That they were too busy to help me. I repeated it back to him to make sure Iunderstood what he said and he said yes. I don't understand why they offer the app and curbside if they aren't going to do it.UPDATE-- The manager called me and apologized. He says he has arranged that curbside will have the same courtesies as the otherfood pick up options. He offered to compensate me but I declined. I didn't want something free. But in the mail a few dayslater I received 2 free meals cards from corporate. I feel they made this right. Read more

I ordered my breakfast through the app. Even though the line was long it moved at a decent pace. The reason I decided to do this... review was because of your employee named Patty, she greeted me with a smile and a genuine good morning. She is definitely anasset to your company. McDonald?s has always been in my life. From 15c hamburgers and fries in California to fried in my neighborhood McD?s I can... always count on crispy fries. My adopted Shelties knew the drive-thru. FIVE times I asked for a deluxe quarter pounder with no mayo. The first 4 while I was ordering, and then the receipt only said... no mustard, and they tried to give me an iced tea instead of telling me they were out of sprite. I talked to the manager when Igot to the window. He said they would remake the sandwich with no mayo, and he fixed the drink issue. As you can see by thepicture, the sandwich came loaded with mayo and had no mustard. How hard is it to make a sandwich s it comes but hold the mayo?With the amount they put on it, I think they did it on purpose. I've been to this location several times, and I won't be back. Read more
Very nice McDonald's. Great health precautions in place (dividers, hand sanitizers, mobile ordering, etc.). Barstool seats have... power outlets. Outdoor seating too. Fresh food, but most of the tables had not been wiped down. Read more
