Mixed up our online order. My husband changed the size of our pizza and the ingredients on the first pizza didn?t transfer to... the new size. Cheese pizzas aren?t that interesting. Palio?s got my sandwich wrong. Ham and cheese isn?t that hard to read onthe order, but they did. And when they redid it, we couldn?t tell the difference between the two sandwiches?Palio?s gave us theextra sandwich for free saying that it?s a meatball sandwich?nope, that wasn?t even right. I called a order in and asked the price of the pizzas before coming to pick them up. The cost in the store was $10 more than... what she told me over the phone. When I talked to the manager to ask about this, he pointed to the receipt and said?it?s $51.61.???? I see that, but the girl on the phone told me the cost would be $40.59. Whatever. The Palio's in Plano by me closed which was disappointing because they always has consistently excellent thin crust pizza. A... little more of a drive but worth it to get Palio's pizza again. Great ingredients, fresh veggies, friendly service. Definitelyin the rotation. Read more
I was craving Pasta and Pizza. So I stopped by to try their food. I ordered Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo, but to me, the sauce was... very thin, almost like a jar or can, and the shrimp was placed on top not into the sauce and it had a Spicy taste, more likeCajun Shrimp, but was good, just not what I'm used to eating. The pizza was good, but I have had better. The service was OK andthe atmosphere was cool. I'm not sure if I'll go back. You should try it for yourself though, because one customer said it wasthe best pizza around for HIM. Read more
