I just tried their new salad the other day, Citrus Asian Crunch salad with Chicken. It is absolutely amazing! You need to try... it. I think it?s my favorite salad so far from this place. It has pickled red onions, cilantro, romaine lettuce, powervegetables blend, edamame, crispy carrot, teriyaki sauce, tangerine soy ginger dressing and seared chicken thigh. I just got off the phone with the manager and I was not satisfied to say the least. I have been going here for years and like... any establishment there has been service errors and it has always been corrected but tofay I ordered the 4 cheese soufflé andreceived the bacon. The problem is I don?t eat bacon. That?s fine I?ll call them. Well the manager who didn?t give me her namewas very friendly about the situation but she asked the woman that bagged my order and she said she did put it correctly andthen the manager said that's right i quality checked it as well. But that?s okay you can come back for a refund?. I then said Idon?t understand why you don?t believe me I can show you and she continued to insist I was wrong but accepted what I was saying.Now I don?t like that or appreciate that. The store is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They serve one of my favorite bagels such as Asiago Bagel, Cinnamon... Crunch Bage and Everything Bagel. To make the least waiting, try to use Panera app. It will save you lots of time wating in theline, plus it is easier to customize your orders. Did I mention French baggett? Pretty disappointed today. I frequently use this location for lunch for myself and co workers. Mainly because it?s fresh. Cannot... say that anymore. Old bread and a mess of a sandwich. Feeling pretty awful after a few bites. Maybe it?s a bad day at the store.Either way it?s my last visit. I can no longer trust this place. I?m risking my health by ordering from here. Never had anythingbad to say about this company but this food is already inside me and I?m left with the consequences. Not even asking for mymoney back. Want nothing more to do with place. Read more
