Don?t know what?s going on at this location. This is the 3 time they got my order wrong. Waited 45 mins fir an order that was confused with take out orders. Checked 3 times. The young servers cooks and hostess staff... were not bothered! It was all clear after speaking to the GM! This used to be a good place to grab dinner. The Quality of the food and service has dropped off a LOT! More like fast food... joint now. We were served dinner in greasy paper bags and plastic trays. For the price of the food here, there are much betterchoices in the area. Green beans were good. Rice was hard and dry, food greasy. Menu items are limited, staff was impatient. They acted as if it was a chore to take our order. I wont be back.... Read more
I love Pei Wei but this place was not the usual Pei Wei. I had the Thai cashew chicken over brown rice. The veggies were very... under cooked and everything was swimming in sauce. So much I had to tip my bowl to drain some of it so I could catch some of therice. I will go back to my usual spot that I trust. Read more
Very disappointed. I?ve had plain lo mein before & it can be very flavorful (not from this location) .. this meal was gross & I... didn?t even finish my food? My husband ordered chicken & broccoli with rice. The rice was hard, chicken had NO flavor & thebroccoli was ALRIGHT. Would not order from here again. Read more
Not sure what was going on at this Pei Wei today. It was so dirty that we had to clean off our own table. In the 45 minutes that... we were there, I witnessed 3 other people have issues and two got refunds because their food was so bad or missing. We werethird in line but stood there for a good fifteen minutes while the cashier (with someone's child behind the counter) keptleaving to deliver food to tables. This is a picture of my Honey Seared Tofu and "Vegetables". The tofu was really good, but I think the rice and the hard noodles were the vegetables. The menu is different again, and they didn't have my first choice thatwas listed on the new menu. Not sure if I'll go back, but it certainly won't be to this location. Read more
Good food at a good price. Be forewarned: if you order the sushi it takes a WHILE to get. Like 15-20 minutes. The test of my... party had already finished by the time I received my mail. Previously I would have given this 4 stars, but now down to 1 star. Not only is Pei Wei now charging over $2 extra for fried... rice, previously it was no problem to special order without bean sprouts. Although I did that today, the cashier didn't say theycouldn't do it, then when it came with bean sprouts and I called them out on it, she said fried rice always comes with beansprouts. I've been special ordering it for years that way with no problem. So now not only does it cost extra, but customizationis apparently a problem.
