Food is good but I don't go back because the owner is super stingy in all levels. my wife and I took my parents and our little... infant here for some pho and per their policy, they charge "gratuity" for a party of 5 or more. You counted a freaking baby lol?We even brought his own food, and this little guy took over barely a space; I understand she wants to make money but dang, suretake your 20% mandatory tip and expect me to never come back. The owner was really really nice. She talked to us the whole time. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The pho and bun bo hue... were tasty, they had the most flavor out of all our dishes. Unfortunately, the banh mi was really hard and dry and so was thechicken in it. One of the noodles we ordered had oily meat that tasted a bit off. The rice dish was ok, but the meat was drytoo, it definitely needed less cooking and drying. One thing that surprised us is that if there is 5 in your party they just add20 percent gratuity. This place is delicious. We got the sharing spring rolls, which were pretty standard. However, we also got their spicy chicken... curry pho and it was a great combination of flavors. Their shaking beef was also very flavorful and had a variety of vegetableswith egg and rice. To top it off, the waitress was also incredibly friendly and the food came out fast. Read more
This place is a must try. The staff is super sweet, the food is amazing, it?s clean and not a bad price. We had the pho and... chicken curry. Their small size is good for the kids and the large is perfect for adults and if your super hungry they have a XLtoo. We will be back for sure. Read more

Ok so I am super excited to post this review. So lets get into in. I ordered their large pho bowl with steak, and it truly... didn't disappoint. The noodles were cooked perfectly, the broth was very tasteful and didn't overpower the contents within it.This was in fact some of if not the best pho iv had by far. Also decided to order 10 of the wings. The skin was very crispy andthe meat was juicy not dry. The sauce they used has just enough spice to it to remind you but not overwhelm your pallet, thesauce used for the wings was tangy, yet had a bit of sweetness. I would recommend ordering some to anybody I know. They eggrollswere very crisp and flakey and didn't have to be dipped in a sauce to eat like many other places. They proceeded to bring outtea and it didn't disappoint either. It had a very light aromatic flavor/smell like it should. Also tried the chicken curry andfor myself not being a fan of curry to begin with this dish was truly phenomenal and you will have to try to really be able tounderstand. They also have fresh squeezed lemonade. Most places either make lemonade way too sweet to the point where you canfeel the sugar in your teeth or next to no sweetener. But pho truong has it down to a perfect science. I can't remember her namebut the lady that served us really made us feel like the restaurant was our second home. The food truly is too notch and theatmosphere is superb. I would not call this place a hole in the wall pho place but truly a diamond in the rough. 10/10 recommendto anybody that passes by and I for sure will be going back again. Place was good, not too busy at night. Service was great and food was good. Not too bad for the location. Combination Rice... looked good but keep in mind rice sides is super small grain so texture feels different. Read more
Delicious spring rolls! The sauces hit!! The peanut sauce with the spicy sauce made them amazing. I would recommend trying them... and mixing the spice with the peanut sauce. Thank you, they were delicious. I will be back! Read more
