I absolutely love this Smoothie King location! It is very convenient for me as it is right by the gym I go to. The staff are... very nice and welcoming and the establishment is very clean. The service is very quick too. The same employee is there almostevery time I go and she is so nice and very sweet. The smoothies are a great size and decent price and taste really good aswell. Lost a customer today! I ordered my smoothie through the drive thru and received a totally different drink. I informed the... cashier and they make another drink. I decide to come inside and ask for a refund. Long story short I receive my third drinkjust to later find out there are chunks of peanut butter that are not fully blended. I have never gone through this withsmoothie king. Highly disappointed. All the apologizes do not matter if you cannot offer the customer what they paid for. Read more
I came to this location around 3:50 on monday October 10, but I am starting to believe the workers who work this specific day... are extremely slow. This is the closest location to me so I come to this one. Wish the service was alittle better and pleaseblend my smoothie better next time. Read more

There's only one employee working in the morning, the store hour says 6 am and I pulled up at 8:20 after placing my order on the... app just to pick it up.
