I had the great luck of finding an Instagram post for Tasty Paella Catering in Dallas. I am so glad! We trusted them with our... son’s rehearsal dinner in Dallas on Oct 28th and they exceeded all expectations. It was a great experience from beginning toend. You could tell that Adan and Yasmin were good professionals: punctual, knowledgeable and trustworty. They took care ofeverything: hiring staff, contracting all the utensils needed and of very good quality. Contracting the guitar player who did agreat job. The tortilla and all the tapas were of great quality as well. Yummm!!!’ And best of all the Paella!!! It wasperfectly cooked with the correct ammount of rice to allow for a little “socarrat” (the slightly toasted rice that sticks tothe pan and gives a deicious crunch to the Paella and which is very hard to get right) I am so very happy since it was an eventthat I had to organize remotely, being in Florida and the event being in Dallas. It was always easy to communicate with them andthey shared good advice on how to approach the serving of the Paella, which can be tricky. We used Adan to cater my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and he and his chefs were nothing but exceptional. From the... preliminary tasting, through booking the Flamenco dancer and guitar player, everything they did was amazing. The tapas we chosewere presented beautifully and the paellas surpassed the test of a Spaniard who has never (in 50yrs) found a restaurant inDallas that does it right.
