This location had my order wrong unfortunately. We asked for one hamburger 4 for 4 meal and one crispy chicken 4 for4 upgraded... meal. We discovered when we returned to work we had 2 hamburger 4 for 4 meals. One of which had a barely cooked hamburger pattythat was cold and pink in the middle. The other hamburger while cooked correctly was barely warm and the chicken nuggets thatcame with both meals while were cooked correctly they were warmish and hard. They must have been sitting around for a while.Honestly on the uncooked hamburger it looked like they placed it on the grill flipped it over a few times to pick up the colorfrom the cooking grease and made the sandwich. The meat was still red and had the sticky consistency of raw hamburger meatinside. I just hope this is an isolated incident and not the new norm for this wendy's location. Read more

This particular Wendy's is one of my FAVORITE go to places for lunch or dinner! Where else can you eat fresh and healthy in an... immaculate setting in the rich heartland of Canyon Creek (Richardson, TX). What turns me on: The fast and friendlyservice! It's always CLEAN! Good service and always fresh food when serving. The only thing about this location that is bad is that it can be a little... dangerous walking in when the drive through is backed up. There used to be an issue with the staff but they have since gotten alot better in the customer service area. I go here often on lunch breaks and it has been good. Read more
