Don't go there for breakfast before 8am. The food quality is trash and always cold, they have you waiting for minutes at the... window before they come take your payment and then still take minutes after payment. Upon eating my meal it was very cold anddry. Read more
I've given this location the benefit of the doubt way too many times. I'm not coming back. There is always some sort of mix up,... missing item, wrong charge, and a minimum of a 30 min wait that forces you to walk inside and ask about your order that's nowcold. The manager is usually hiding behind a wall organizing sauces while her staff and operation crumbles. There's always aline of people who came from the drive-thru complaining so I'm definitely not the only one. Do yourself a favor and goelsewhere. Read more
Slow drive through service and they never remember all my stuff. I need salad dressing if I order a salad, and a fork. Could be... better. The food quality is always good though. Read more
I love Whataburger!!! You let me down today. Ordered me a burger and the meat wasn?t even warm! ???? First bite I felt an ice... cube crunch on the lettuce. Meat was cold and fries were ok. I will return, just not to this location. Come on Whataburger Youcan do better. Read more
Once again I give this location a chance and they once again fail. This location needs help. I live by this location, walking... distance but I drive to other l9cations because of the service and quality here. I asked for no lettuce, yet I got zero veggieson my burger. Last time I ordered onion rings I received frues..fries... many more mis ordered attempts. Also thr service isbeyond slow. Not sure if it's an overall management problem, owner problem, but this is by far the worst Whataburger locationin Texas. I totally understand that I was coming in after 3am (after a long bar shift) but waited somewhere between 10-15 minutes being... the first person in the line and was finally handed completely cold fries and a burger that was cold to the touch. I?ll give thelocation a try again soon I?m sure, but I have no idea why the wait was what it was or why I was handed cold food. Read more
I have been coming to this location for two years, and I'm not sure what is going on here. While the food is good, there seems... to be a wide variety of technical problems here, along with lots of unexplained waiting times. Don't bother waiting in your carfor food to be brought out if you ordered ahead on the app; I'm often forgotten about and have to go in and ask for my food,which is now hardly warm and has been sitting out on the counter. Credit card machines also seem to be down often as well, sobring cash. Read more
Had an issue with our order. The guy taking our order sounded like he didn't know what to do. They were out of ranch for a... chicken sandwich, and wanted to charge us extra for it. Which made no sense. We asked if they could just put salad ranchdressing packets on it, but that would be an extra charge too. The person taking the money, didn't know how to take a reward offmy phone from the app. They got a manager, and the manager solved our issues with a very polite manner. Of course, all thesewhataburgers recently are very slow at making everyone's food. Read more
