Walked in,walked right out... when I went in, i wasnt greeted i stood there for a couple minutes&I immediately got grossed out... .one lady was literally scratching in her hair in the prep area& the got on her phone.Instead of acknowledging custos,she didnteven wash her hands.she def could have helped the poor girl in the front who was actually working.there was quite a few peoplestanding& waiting without any acknowledgment..another guy flipping wings was eating wings over the wings he wastossing,barehanded..all up in his mouth and then touching other people's food.& another dude was just on his phone wastingspace..it just seemed so unsanitary,and unwelcoming.. The food was good, but the atmosphere was really stuffy considering there isn't too much room in the lobby. It's a good price... for what you get, and I'd for sure return. Read more
They forgot my order twice made me wait almost 40 minutes for two orders of fries and six rolls worst experience ever and the... rolls was not even warm. This place needs improvement bad or ima go makesure this place is knwn for bad service n bad food. Read more
This is my favorite Wing Stop location! All the employees are always really sweet and enthusiastic about helping you. Small... seating area but great for take out. They pay attention to detail and just always super friendly. Read more
Ordered online and was told the wait would be about 21 minutes. It took 35 minutes before our order was ready. We spent 15... minutes waiting inside the store. In that time we saw three orders be handed to customers so it cannot be said that the staffwas busy. They could certainly benefit from supervision. I agree with some of the other commenters that the quality of serviceat this location has certainly declined. Read more
I had a great experience at wingstop. The food took a decent amount of time to come out but hopefully that just means they make... these fresh. They were really upfront about the time it would take and there were plenty of people working in the kitchen. I hadthe lemon pepper wings and my girlfriend had the classic Buffalo wings and both were great. The fries were nice and crispy butthroughout the whole order, everything was just a bit too salty for both me and my girlfriend. Especially the fries. But thefood was good and the pricing is fair. Food not cook well at all and I asked for it well done. Fries were not lemon pepper fries like I ordered and also bought and... extra ranch and they didn?t put in in the bag. I live far away and this is not right horrible that they don?t put attention towhat they?re doing. Read more
