I ordered the crab cake special. After waiting 45 minutes, i received my dinner. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant when... I arrived around 3:30. I asked for tarter sauce and she said they do not have tarter sauce. What??? I then asked to change thechannel to the nascar races. After asking three times, someone came over to change the channel but the remote was notresponding. No apologizing, no trying again, she just walked away. I have been going to this restaurant for over ten years anddo not plan on coming back until they can improve their service. Btw, I notice there seemed to be no shortage in staff. Read more

So sad and disappointed?the building itself is new with nice outdoor seating ?but the food was a disappointment ..I had the... ceasar salad. the dressing was like water? terrible. Pasta not tasty with hardly any cheese on it. Giuseppe's is known for having first rate pizza and the Richboro location is no exception. Restaurant is the most attractive of... the Giuseppe's franchise we have visited. The restaurant and bathrooms are very clean. Service is very good. There is a seconddining room in the back and an outdoor dining area when the weather is favorable. Read more
